Product information and quotes
Product descriptions, images, configurations and prices are provided to help you plan a vending setup. A configuration or price shown on the website is not, by itself, acceptance of an order or a final quotation. Availability, specifications, delivery, installation and any site-specific work are confirmed in writing before payment.
Orders and payment
An order or service engagement becomes binding when POSITECH confirms it in writing and the agreed commercial terms have been accepted. Payment instructions will be provided for an approved quote, invoice or service milestone. Payments may be processed through an approved payment provider identified in the payment instructions. Do not pay an unofficial account or send card information by email or WhatsApp. A payment reference does not change the agreed product, service, delivery or installation terms.
Delivery, installation and support
Machine delivery and installation depend on the confirmed quote, location, access, site readiness and product availability. Website delivery depends on the agreed scope, client content and approvals, project milestones and launch arrangements. The applicable arrangements, charges and expected timing will be communicated before the order or service engagement is finalised. Please see our Delivery & installation policy.
Website design and development services
Website projects are governed by the written proposal or service agreement, which may define the scope, deliverables, milestones, client responsibilities, approvals, launch, hosting, domain registration, maintenance and support. Requests outside the agreed scope may require a revised quote or timeline. Unless expressly agreed otherwise, the client is responsible for ensuring that supplied content and materials may lawfully be used.
Warranties and consumer rights
Any product warranty, service commitment or support arrangement applicable to an order will be stated in the relevant quote or agreement. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted under South African law.
Website content and intellectual property
POSITECH owns or is licensed to use the text, branding, images, videos and other material on this website. You may view the site for personal or business evaluation, but you may not reproduce, adapt or commercially use its content without written permission.
Changes and governing law
We may update the website, products and these terms from time to time. The version applicable to a confirmed order is the version incorporated into that order or quote. These terms are governed by the laws of South Africa.
