POSITECH POLICIES

Delivery & installation

How POSITECH delivers vending machines and website design and development services.

Effective 20 September 2026

Confirmed with your quote

Delivery and installation are assessed for each order because location, access, machine configuration and site requirements vary. The confirmed quote will set out the applicable delivery charges, installation scope and expected timing before payment.

Delivery information

When requesting a quote, provide the city, operating site and any access information that may affect delivery. A delivery date is only confirmed when POSITECH has confirmed product readiness, the route and any required site arrangements in writing.

Site readiness

The customer is responsible for making sure the site is accessible and suitable for the agreed installation. This may include clear access, a safe installation area, suitable power and any permissions required by the site owner. We will identify known requirements during the planning process.

Delays and changes

Delivery or installation may need to be rescheduled if the site is not ready, access is unavailable, information changes or circumstances outside POSITECH’s reasonable control affect the route or supply. We will communicate material changes as soon as reasonably possible.

After installation

Any handover, commissioning, operator guidance and follow-up support included in your order will be described in the confirmed quote or service agreement. Please report delivery or installation concerns promptly so we can investigate them.

Website service delivery

Website design and development projects are delivered according to the written scope, milestones and launch arrangements agreed with the client. The client is responsible for providing accurate content, brand assets, access and feedback reasonably required for the project. Delays in receiving these items may affect the delivery date. A website is considered ready for launch or handover when the agreed scope has been completed and the client has approved the relevant deliverables, subject to any separate hosting, domain or ongoing-support terms in the project agreement.

Digital handover and support

Where included in the agreed scope, POSITECH will provide launch support, handover information or reasonable post-launch assistance. Ongoing maintenance, third-party subscriptions, hosting, domain registration, content updates and new features are only included when expressly stated in the written proposal or service agreement.
