POSITECH began when founder Zander van der Watt was invited to use his engineering and robotics skills to create an eye-catching promotional vending machine for a cryptocurrency business.
When that partnership ended, the prototype became the start of something more useful: a South African vending company focused on practical, affordable machines with modern payment options.
Since 2021, we have continued designing, building and deploying stronger systems around the real needs of local operators.
